At Blezoo, this past year has been an opportunity for us to see how we operate 1) as a fully remote team and 2) with a hybrid work model: WFH (Work From Home) part of the time & WFO (Work From Office) part of the time. Currently, we’re running with a hybrid work arrangement and it has allowed for us to be able to function while at the same time stay engaged.

1) LAUNCHED A NEW E-NEWSLETTER
We launched Promo FOMO; a once a month e-newsletter to our current clients. We realized that with the lack of events clients aren’t able to physically see new swag, so we decided to send it to their inbox! What can you launch to connect your clients to things they are missing in the real world?
If you’re a long time customer of Blezoo, you know that we have been sending Experiences through the mail for several years. This summer we formally re-launched this concept to the world and I’m extremely bullish on it. Why? Because this is the perfect way to surprise & delight your people. 3) DIGITAL TEAM BUILDING POTPOURRI
We’ve done everything from Zoom sessions with meditation gurus all the way to digital battles. Yes, we’ve covered every end of the spectrum! Imagine combining a digital team building with one of our Experience-in-a-Box deliveries? *mind blown*
4) GRATITUDE (PS: I LOVE YOU)
Now, more than ever, it’s important to show, express & focus on gratitude. On our Monday meetings we give kudos to members of our team that exemplify our values, and in our semi-monthly meetings we always end with gratitude. We even had a client order gratitude journals recently, who couldn’t use that?!
5) OPRAH SAYS YOU GET ONE, TOO
Goals, KPIs, Rocks, Scores. You can call them whatever you’d like. We have them too! This year, though, we decided to have added fun with it. When our team hits at least 90% average of our monthly goals? We spin a prize wheel and everyone on the team can win a variety of things all the way from a Friday half-day to cold cash. Seriously, here’s where you can make one too.
